PURPOSE:

The rule establishes the requirements for the administration and operation of state operated and contracted residential commitment programs for juvenile offenders.

SUMMARY:

The rule sections address the transfer and discharge of youth, the training of specified staff, and the procedure for conducting research projects in residential facilities.
