Overview



	The Commission on Open Government announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	August 22, 2007, Commission Meeting, 12:00 Noon – 3:00 p.m.; Public Hearing, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.; August 23, 2007, Public Hearing, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon; Commission Meeting, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Florida Senate Office Building, Room Lower Level 37, Tallahassee, Florida 32399

Subject:	Commission Meeting: • State travel procedures • Sunshine and public record requirements for members • Ethics requirements • Issues to be addressed and future expert witnesses Public Hearings: • Florida’s laws as they relate to the public’s right of access to government meetings and records. NOTE: Interested parties unable to attend meeting or hearing are encouraged to submit written comments to the Commission.
