	The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Real Estate announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, August 22, 2007, 9:00 a.m. or soonest thereafter

PLACE:	Division of Real Estate, Conference Room N901, North Tower, 400 West Robinson Street, Orlando, Florida

Subject:	Official business of the Department – disciplinary proceedings regarding unlicensed activity. The Hearing Officer for the Department will be participating via teleconference.


	A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: Deputy Clerk, Division of Real Estate, 400 W. Robinson Street, Suite N801, Orlando, Florida 32801-1772. If a person decides to appeal a decision made by the Department, with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, a record of the proceedings for such purpose, upon which the appeal is based, may be required.
