RULE:

64B15-6.0112	Standard Terms Applicable to Orders
64B15-6.0113	Probation Variables

PURPOSE:

The proposed new Rule 64B15-6.0112, F.A.C., is intended to address standard terms which the Board utilizes in its orders. The proposed new Rule 64B15-6.0113, F.A.C., is intended to address the variables which are utilized in the event a physician assistant is placed on probation by the Board.

SUMMARY:

The proposed new Rule 64B15-6.0112, F.A.C., addresses standard terms for disciplinary orders which apply to physician assistants. The proposed new Rule 64B15-6.0113, F.A.C., sets forth the various probation variables which apply to physician assistants who are placed on probation by the Board.
