Overview



	The Probable Cause Panel of the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, September 10, 2007, 9:00 a.m. or the soonest thereafter (Portions of the probable cause proceedings are not open to the public)

PLACE:	Zora Neale Hurston Building, North Tower, Suite N901, 400 West Robinson Street, Orlando, Florida

Subject:	To conduct a private meeting to review cases to determine probable cause and to conduct a public meeting to review cases where probable cause was previously found. All or part of this meeting may be conducted as a teleconference in order to permit maximum participation of the Board members or its counsel. Any person requiring a special accommodation at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the Division of Real Estate, (407)481-5632 (between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.), at least five (5) calendar days prior to the meeting.
