RULE:

64F-21.001

Modified Fetal Infant Mortality Review Specification

PURPOSE:

The rule addresses black infant mortality.

SUMMARY:

The rule is new and provides that existing fetal infant mortality review teams may be used provided the team consist of persons or members as required by Section 383.2162(5)(c), F.S. The rule also identifies the eight urban and rural counties that meet the requirements of Section 383.2162(6), F.S.
