	The Central Florida Regional Planning Council announces a public meeting of the Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC), and its Membership Sub-Committee, Spill Review Sub-Committee, Public Relations Sub-Committee, and Exercise Sub-Committee, to which all persons are invited. announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, July 12, 2006, 9:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Hardee County Health Department, 115 K. D. Revell Road, Wauchula, Florida 33873

Subject:	Regular Bi-Monthly Meeting of the LEPC, and Special Sub-Committees, and to discuss the provisions of the Emergency Planning and Community Right To Know Law (EPCRA).


	A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: Central Florida Regional Planning Council, P. O. Box 2089, Bartow, Florida 33831. If any person desires to appeal any decision with respect to any matter considered at the above cited meeting, such persons will need a record of the proceeding. For such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made to include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
