Joint Public/Private Development of Right of Way (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Rule Chapter 14-109, F.A.C., is being repealed as unnecessary to Department operations. The Department process can be addressed in procedures. Repeal of this rule chapter is part of the Department’s overall goal to review existing rules and to repeal any rules that are considered to be obsolete or unnecessary.

SUMMARY:

Rule Chapter 14-109, F.A.C., is being repealed.
