RULE:

33-208.003

Range of Disciplinary Actions

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to clarify the types of disciplinary actions that can be appealed and the entities to which they may be appealed.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule eliminates assignment and transfer in excess of 50 miles from the list of appealable disciplinary actions and corrects office and staff titles in the rule.
