RULE:

59E-8.001	Determination of Fees

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule will establish fees for information services of the Florida Center for Health Information and Policy Analysis. The fees will be based on time required to analyze the request and write the query, and the time required to access, merge, validate, and prepare the information for delivery to the requester. The proposed rule development will incorporate by reference the Florida Center for Health Information and Policy Analysis Price List.

SUMMARY:

The agency is proposing a rule that will establish new Rules 59E-8.001 and 59E-8.002, F.A.C., providing for the fees to be charged for information services provided by the Florida Center for Health Information and Policy Analysis
