RULE:

61G4-15.017

Certification of Gypsum Drywall Specialty Contractors (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to conform the certification procedures and fees for Gypsum Drywall Specialty Contractors to the certification procedures and fees provided for other contractors as required by and set forth in Sections 489.109, 489.111, 489.113, 489.114, 489.115, 489.116, F.S. and related rules, and to eliminate unnecessary language.

SUMMARY:

The certification procedures and fees for Gypsum Drywall Specialty Contractors are conformed with the certification procedures and fees provided for other contractors as required by and set forth in Sections 489.109, 489.111, 489.113, 489.114, 489.115, 489.116, F.S., and related rules and unnecessary language is eliminated.
