Overview



	The State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) for Hazardous Materials announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 5, 2007, 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Department of Environmental Protection, Douglas Building, Conference Rooms A and B, 3900 Commonwealth Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2100

Subject:	To discuss the requirements of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act, also known as Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986. A copy of the agenda may be obtained by writing to: Division of Emergency Management, State Emergency Response Commission for Hazardous Materials, Capital Circle Office Center, Sadowski Building, 2555 Shumard Oak Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2100, or by telephoning (850)413-9970. If a person decides to appeal any decision with respect to any matter considered at the above cited meeting, you will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose you may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
