61J1-4.010

Supervision and Training of Registered Trainee Appraisers

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment in order to decrease the number of trainee appraisers that the supervising appraiser may supervise. The rule amendment also updates the requirements for the contents of an appraisal.

SUMMARY:

The number of trainee appraisers that may be supervised by the supervising appraiser will be decreased; the requirements for the contents of an appraisal will be updated.
