Delegation of Authority

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this proposed rule amendment is to adopt by reference the First Amendment to the Well Construction Permitting Agreement between the District and the Marion County Health Department. The effect will be to continue the delegation of authority to the Marion County Health Department to administer the well construction regulatory program in that county for two more years (through October 1, 2009).

SUBJECT:

Amend Rule 40D-1.002, F.A.C., to incorporate by reference the First Amendment to the Well Construction Permitting Agreement Between the Southwest Florida Water Management District and Marion County Health Department.
