	The Education Practices Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 26, 2007, 8:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard

Subject:	A Teacher Hearing Panel The Hearing Panel of the Education Practices Commission will consider final agency action in matters dealing with the disciplining of certified educators. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, he or she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made. The record will include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
