	The Florida Public Service Commission announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, October 18, 2007, at 1:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Betty Easley Conference Center, Room 140, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida.

Subject:	UNDOCKETED MATTER - REPORT OF THE STATUS OF COMPETITION IN THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss the change in Chapter 364.386, Florida Statutes, concerning the annual Report of the Status of Competition in the Telecommunications Industry and the accompanying data request. As a result of certain amendments made to the chapter during the 2006 legislative session, the timing of the report and options for data collection have changed. This workshop will discuss those changes in detail.
