60A-1.026	Interagency Planning and Cooperation (Repealed)
60A-1.041	Contract Manager and Negotiator Certifications

PURPOSE:

To update the rules identified to reflect current practices and procedures and to incorporate policies expressed in Chapter 2006-204, Laws of Florida.

SUBJECT:

Development of procedures to be used by an agency when deciding to contract, particularly when outsourcing services, and to be used when conducting invitations to negotiate, including use of certified contract negotiators.
