PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendments is to add additional language; incorporate conflict of interest language into this rule chapter, which is currently included in Rule Chapter 58L-2, F.A.C.; and add a new rule for complaint procedures, including two forms incorporated by reference.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendments and new rule address confidentiality and disclosure of information; access to information; conflict of interest; and complaint procedures, including two forms incorporated by reference.
