Provider Reimbursement Schedules and Billing Codes

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule amendment is to incorporate by reference errata January 2006 to the Florida Medicaid Provider Reimbursement Schedule. The errata contain corrections to the Hearing Services Fee Schedule, Podiatry Services Fee Schedule, and Birth Center Services Fee Schedule. The effect will be to incorporate into rule errata January 2006 to the Florida Medicaid Provider Reimbursement Schedule.

SUMMARY:
