Overview

RULE:

64B-11.001

Certified Nursing Assistant Certification Renewal (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The rule is intended to set the renewal and delinquency fees for certified nursing assistants.

SUMMARY:

In this rule the Department establishes a $50 renewal fee, a $50 delinquency fee and the $5 unlicensed activity fee. The Department also requires documentation of the renewal requirements.
