	The Lower Charlotte Harbor Surface Water Improvement and Management Plan announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	This meeting is to meet the public hearing requirement of the Section 373.453, F.S., Surface Water Improvement and Management Plan (SWIM) for the Lower Charlotte Harbor.
