Overview



	The Florida Public Service Commission announces a rule hearing pursuant to Section 120.54(3)(c)1., F.S., to be held in this docket, to which all interested persons are invited to attend. announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	September 6, 2006, 9:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Room 148, Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida 32301

Subject:	Proposed amendments to Rule 25-6.049, F.A.C., to allow exemptions from the Rule’s requirement for individual metering for certain resort condominiums which are operated as hotels. Any person requiring some accommodation at this hearing because of a physical impairment should call the Division of the Commission Clerk and Administrative Services, (850)413-6770, at least 48 hours prior to the hearing.
