Biennial Licensing

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule amendment is to update the rule language to add Professional Engineers and Barber Assistants to the schedule for biennial licensure renewal and delete unnecessary or outdated language.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment adds Professional Engineers and Barber Assistants to the schedule for biennial licensure renewal and deletes unnecessary or outdated language set forth in subsections (4), (5), and (6).
