	The Department of Revenue announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	Approval of the proposed repeal of Rule 12-3.011, F.A.C., (General; Procedure-Department Personnel Disciplinary Procedures and Standards), Rule 12A-1.0141, F.A.C. (Sales and Use Tax-Equipment Used to Deploy Internet Related Broadband Technologies in a Florida Network Access Point; Refund Procedures), and Rule 12B-7.0225, F.A.C. (Severance Tax and Fees-Computation of Phosphate Rock Tax Rate). Approval of the proposed amendments to Rule 12A-1.097, F.A.C. (Sales and Use Tax-Public Use Forms), Rule 12A-16.008, F.A.C. (Rental Car Surcharge-Public Use Forms), Rule Chapter 12A-19, F.A.C. (Communications Services Tax), Rule 12B-4.003, F.A.C. (Documentary Stamp Tax-Public Use Forms), Rule 12B-5.150, F.A.C. (Fuels and Pollutants-Public Use Forms), Rule 12B-8.0016, F.A.C. (Insurance Premium Taxes, Fees, and Surcharges), Rule 12B-8.003, F.A.C. (Insurance Premium Taxes, Fees, and Surcharges-Public Use Forms), and Rule 12C-1.051, F.A.C. (Corporate Income Tax-Forms). Notices of Proposed Rulemaking for these proposed rule changes were published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on August 10, 2007 (Vol. 33, No. 32, pp. 3607-3611; 3615-3619) and on September 21, 2007 (Vol. 33, No. 32, pp. 4348-4358).
