	The Be advised that the public rulemaking hearing for this proposed Rule amendment 68A-15.065 Specific Regulations for Wildlife Management Areas Northeast Region, will be continued at the following date, time, and place if lead management authority for Tosohatchee Wildlife Management Area is not transferred to the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission by the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund at the Board’s August 1, 2006 meeting. announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	August 16, 2006, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
