General Sanitation and Safety Requirements

PURPOSE:

This rule amendment corrects Division of State Fire Marshal and Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services rules cited and adopted by reference in Chapter 61C-1, F.A.C. These changes are necessary due to the transfer of Chapter 4A, F.A.C., to Chapter 69A, F.A.C. and the adoption of federal standards for the regulation of bottled water.

SUMMARY:

These amendments correct Division of State Fire Marshal and Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services rules cited and adopted by reference in Chapter 61C-1, F.A.C.
