Requirements for Reactivation of an Inactive or Retired License

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to delete the requirement of a documented completion of the required HIV/AIDS course for each biennium the license was inactive.

SUMMARY:

The requirement of a documented completion of the required HIV/AIDS course for each biennium the license was inactive is deleted.
