Certification Procedure

PURPOSE:

Rule 59A-1.004, Florida Administrative Code, is being amended to eliminate the requirement for site inspections of organ procurement organizations, tissue banks and eye banks to allow for the acceptance of certain accreditation organization inspection reports in lieu of Agency inspections.
