	The Florida Correctional Finance Corporation announces a meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	Florida Correctional Finance Corporation announces the meeting of its Board to amend its articles of incorporation. The Board will consider corporate resolutions approving bond financing, along with any other matters that may come before the Board.
