61B-24.006

Economic Information (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This rule amendment deletes references to form numbers appearing on division educational brochures. It also deletes a provision that relieves the developer of certain requirements when the division is unable to provide the developer with copies of educational brochures. Instead, the developer may print copies of the brochures from the division’s Internet-site or request copies directly from the division.

SUBJECT:

This rule addresses educational materials that must be provided to tenants by a developer when a condominium is created by conversion of existing improvements.
