Subject:	Minutes of November 13, 2007 meeting, Treasurer's report, Preliminary Master Plan presentation, St. Lucie county Economic Development Council presentation, cattle lease update, concurrency exemption, committee reports, and such other business as the Authority may deem appropriate.
