The proposed rule amendments update, through October 31, 2007, the department’s adoption-by-reference of air pollution regulations promulgated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) at 40 CFR Parts 51, 52, 60, 63, 65, 72, 75 and 96.
