RULE:

33-602.210

Use of Force

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to amend Form DC6-210, Incident Report, which is incorporated by reference, to include a space for employee identification number.

SUMMARY:

The form is amended to include employee identification in order to more readily identify the employee reporting.
