64B-9.002

Physician and Physician Assistant Survey Procedures

PURPOSE:

To create a new rule relating to physician workforce surveys.

SUMMARY:

This rule specifies how the survey is to be completed, how the nondisciplinary citations shall be issued, how the warning letters are to be handled, and that renewal is not permitted until after the licensee has completed the survey.
