PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule amendment is to create rules governing manufacturing milk plants located within the State of Florida. It also updates the documents incorporated by reference and revision dates on required forms. The Department’s purpose in creating these rules is to achieve compliance with Chapter 502, Florida Statutes, which was amended in the 2007 legislative session.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule changes create rules governing manufacturing milk plants located within the State of Florida, updates documents incorporated by definition and updates revision dates on required forms.
