	The State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) for Hazardous Materials announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	To discuss the requirements of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act, also known as Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986.
