Overview



	The Florida Department of Health, Division of Health Access and Tobacco announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	January 14, 2008, 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m

PLACE:	The Grand Ballroom of the Doubletree Hotel, 101 South Adams Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32301.

Subject:	This is the second meeting of an Advisory Council required by Florida Statute 381.84. The council meets four times per year to provide advice to the Department of Health relating to the Comprehensive Tobacco Education and Use Prevention Program. The meeting will provide updates for the council about media, tobacco cessation, and community program contracts which have been awarded since the last meeting. In addition, there will be breakouts to discuss action items for the council members in the coming year.
