PURPOSE:

The proposed rule provides a process and procedures for application to and approval of new users to the Statewide Law Enforcement Radio System.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule defines categories of users, the application and approval process, frequency and talk groups use, security requirements and service and maintenance priorities.
