Definitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development is to amend an existing definition and to delete another; and to add a definition for the acronym “CAPE.”

SUMMARY:

In the proposed rule amendment, an existing definition is amended, another is deleted and a definition for the acronym “CAPE” is added.
