Disciplinary Guidelines (Transferred)

PURPOSE:

The Florida Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers is updating Rule 61G17-2.0015, F.A.C. to revise the disciplinary guideline penalties for Violations of Sections 472.033(1)(h), 472.033(1)(i), and 455.227(1)(k) of the Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

The Florida Board of Professional Surveyors and mappers is increasing its disciplinary guideline penalties for violations of sections 472.033(1)(h), 472.033(1)(i), and 455.227(1)(k) of the Florida States.
