	The Department of Children and Families announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	• Overview of the local child abuse prevention plan for 2005-2010 developed in 2004. • Review the progress made in the implementation of this plan and results achieved to date. • Begin work to update the local plan for the prevention of child abuse, abandonment and neglect and develop a local plan of action for the promotion and support of adoption.
