	The South Florida Water Management District announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Audit and Finance Committee Meeting January 31, 2008, 9:00 a.m. Project and Lands Committee Meeting DATE AND TIME: January 31, 2008, Immediately following Audit and Finance Committee Meeting. All or part of these meetings may be conducted as a teleconference in order to permit maximum participation by Governing Board members .

PLACE:	SFWMD Headquarters, B-1 Building, 3301 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33416.

Subject:	Governing Board to discuss and consider District business, including regulatory and non-regulatory matters.
