40B-1.901

General (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule development is to update this section of Chapter 40B-1, Florida Administrative Code, to adopt the most current version of the Application for General Works of the District Development Permit, incorporated by reference. The effect of the rule will incorporate the updated Application for General Works of the District Development Permit, to conform to Chapter 40B-4, Florida Administrative Code, which was updated in August 2007.

SUMMARY:

This proposed rule development will incorporate by reference the updated Application for General Works of the District Development Permit.
