Overview



	The Florida Elections Commission announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, February 12, 2008, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 13, 2008, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Senate Office Building 404 South Monroe Street Room 401 Tallahassee, FL

Subject:	Review and adjudication of cases relating to alleged violations of Chapters 104 and 106, Florida Statutes, and to the late filing of campaign treasurer’s reports. If a person decides to appeal any decision of the Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings and will need to assure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made.
