PURPOSE:

These rules were either amended or new on November 26, 2006. The Department received comments to the Proposed Rules after the expiration of the comment period. The attached proposed amendments adopt some of those comments.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendments are based on untimely comments received when a major amendment to the rule was adopted on November 26, 2006. The Department received comments to the proposed rules after the expiration of the comment period. The attached proposed amendments adopt some of those comments which clarify the original intent. The amendments also add Section 633.022, Florida Statutes, as legislative authority and law implemented.
