61C-1.001	Definitions
61C-1.004	General Sanitation and Safety Requirements

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule development is to simplify adoption of the Food Code by adopting all applicable parts of the 2001 Food Code under the definition. The proposed rule development also removes adoption of specific chapters throughout the rule and references the Food Code as adopted in the definition.

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule development addresses adoption of the 2001 Food Code.
