RULE:

64B-1.016

Fees: Examination and Post-Examination Review (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

It is the purpose of this rule to implement the changes made to specific examination fees.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendments will affect the examination fees based on the requirement that the department adjust examination fees periodically to cover the actual cost of the examination.
