Public Information and Inspection of Records

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to amend form DC1-201, Invoice for Production of Records for clarity regarding redaction of confidential and/or exempt material.

SUMMARY:

Form DC1-201, Invoice for Production of Records is amended to include, in the checklist of redacted items, information deemed confidential and/or exempt by Section 119.071, Florida Statutes.
