Program Compliance Audits of State Student Financial Aid and the State Tuition Assistance Grant Programs

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule development is to reflect current practice in that program compliance audits for state financial aid programs and tuition assistance grant programs are conducted by the Office of Student Financial Assistance rather than the Inspector General’s Office. This amendment will bring participating postsecondary institutions in alignment with the Florida Single Audit Act.
