65C-13.001

Definitions (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To place all definitions in one section.

SUMMARY:

The Department is repealing Rule 65C-13.001, which provides definitions of terms applicable to the Department of Children and Family Services substitute and foster care licensure. Chapter 65C-13, is under rule promulgation and provides a new section for definitions.
